Absolutely. We offer free initial consultations and quotes to help you understand your options, discuss design ideas, and outline expected costs before committing to the build. If you require a fixed price contract this can be provided for a fee of $1500 and is valid for 1 month.

Yes, you can. We offer full flexibility with custom designs and plan modifications. Whether you want small adjustments or a completely bespoke home, we work with you to create a design that suits your lifestyle, budget, and block.
